Data deletion and privacy requests

Use this process to request deletion, export, correction, or consent revocation for a Peak Dive account.

How to submit a request

Email support@peakmotionlabs.com with the subject line "Peak Dive data request". We may need to verify your identity or team membership before acting on the request.

Include this information

  • Your Peak Dive account email address.
  • Your team, club, school, or organization name, if applicable.
  • The request type: delete account, export data, correct data, revoke consent, or remove team access.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify authority where needed, and respond within a reasonable time. For many privacy requests, we aim to respond within 30 days unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeline.

Team records

Peak Dive is used by teams. Some training, competition, or athlete records may belong to a team or organization rather than a single user account. If a team record cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain what can be deleted, anonymized, restricted, or retained under the applicable team process or legal obligation.

Account access

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@peakmotionlabs.com from the address associated with your Peak Dive account and include your team or organization name.
