Account access
Peak Dive does not currently offer public signup. Accounts are provided through Peak Dive or a participating team administrator. If you downloaded the app and cannot sign in, email support with the team or organization you expected to access.
App review access
If you are reviewing Peak Dive for the App Store or Google Play and sign-in is required, use the demo credentials and review notes provided in App Store Connect or Play Console. If the account does not work or you need a fresh demo account, contact support@peakmotionlabs.com.
Before contacting us
- Check that you are using the email address assigned to your Peak Dive account.
- Confirm that your team administrator has invited or enabled your account.
- Include your device model, operating system version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
- For privacy or data requests, include the account email and team or organization name so we can verify the request.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or consent revocation by emailing support. For the full deletion process, visit Data Deletion.
